Liebe Silvia,

von ganzem Herzen möchte ich Dir ein großes DANKE aussprechen! Dank dir durfte ich nach einer traumatischen ersten Kaiserschnitt-Geburt eine wunderschöne Spontangeburt erleben. Ich bin sehr stolz und glücklich sagen zu können, dass ich meine Traumgeburt erleben durfte. Du hast definitiv einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen - unsere intensiven Gespräche im Vorfeld wo ich Ängste lösen konnte, deine ruhige, entspannte und motivierende Art während der Geburt, deine super Tipps und Ratschläge und auch deine Fürsorge danach sind unbeschreiblich wertvoll für mich gewesen und wirklich jedem zu empfehlen!

Un grand merci Silvia pour ton aide et soutien! Ce fut un plaisir de t'avoir a nos cotes avant, pendant et apres la naissance de notre fils.
Nous avons eu la chance de te rencontrer au bon moment et de partager cette inoubliable experience avec toi!
Je suis heureuse que tu m'aies convaincu de changer d'hopital et conseille un endroit ou je me sentais bien et en confiance pour accoucher.
Merci pour tes bons conseils, tes encouragements, ta douceur, ta capacite a rassurer et motiver. Aussi merci pour ta proactivite a clarifier toutes les questions a l'hopital afin que je puisse rester concentree sur le plus important, mon bebe.
Grace a toi et Olivier j'ai eu la meilleure equipe qui existe pour m'accompagner dans cette merveilleuse aventure de donner la vie. Tout le travail et l'accouchement ont ete magiques et je suis tres heureuse d'avoir fait l'experience d'un accouchement naturel, doux, rapide, puissant et positif. Nous te recommandons a 200%!

Silvia was our doula for the birth of our son in November of this year- during the strange time of the pandemic. Being an English-speaking couple in Frankfurt we were worried about giving birth in another language and because we had nobody to look after our young son, I also wanted a birthing partner so my husband could take care of our little one. Silvia was amazing - so easy to get on with, I felt I had known her for years despite only just meeting. She gave her time and expertise generously, advising on hundreds of details during my final trimester and made us both feel so much more at ease and relaxed about the whole experience. During my natural birth Silvia was super calming company and provided close and caring support. I had the birth of my dreams (after a difficult first birth), dancing and drinking tea! I am sure this was because of the peace of mind having a doula like Silvia gave me. She then helped in numerous ways above and beyond the call of duty after the birth. I could not recommend her more highly. Having a doula was the best deck I have ever made!

Als ich vor einem Jahr erfuhr, dass ich zum dritten Mal schwanger bin, wusste ich, das ist meine letzte Chance, eine natürliche Geburt zu erleben. Es war ein langer Weg eine Klinik zu finden, die sich auf meinen Wunsch einer VBAC nach zwei Sectio einlässt. Silvia hat mich von Anfang an in meinem Vorhaben unterstützt. Vor allem bei der Wahl des Geburtsortes, das hätte ich ohne sie nicht geschafft. Sie war die Stütze, die ich brauchte, um nicht aufzugeben und die Stimme, die für mich gesprochen hat, als ich die Kraft dazu nicht mehr hatte. Die Geburt meiner Tochter war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Liebe Silvia, es tat gut dich an meiner Seite zu wissen, tausend Dank dafür.

Liebe Silvia,
Deine Begleitung ist jetzt schon über 2 Jahre her und ich denke immer noch gerne daran zurück. Die Geburt von Kalle war für mich alles andere als einfach und Du warst immer an meiner Seite. Du hast Dich um mein und Philipps Wohl gekümmert und einen Raum geschaffen, in dem es mir möglich war mir die Zeit zu lassen, die ich gebraucht habe. Vielen Dank für Deine tolle Arbeit.

It was simply wonderful having Silvia on our side through the pregnancy and also during the birth. It is an earth-shaking experience for every mother and it surely was well guided and supported by you Silvia: THANK YOU. Kasia and Jacek ;)

I am now a Grandmother and I live in the USA far away from my daughter, her husband and new baby girl. When I arrived a few days before the baby was born, I was so pleased to meet Silvia and understand the wonderful roll she has in assisting the new parents in so many ways. The Doula is not common in the USA and they certainly should be.

I do not speak German (yet) and Silvias English is very good. I never had any trouble understanding her. Her English language skills certainly helped my daughter who is beginning to speak German, but is not truly fluent yet. Silvia felt like a member of the family who understood and explained the German hospital ways helping us be more relaxed during the hospital stay.

Silvia helped my daughter and husband with expertise, patience, and understanding as they began breastfeeding. She called and texted to check on how everyone was doing, even me. It will be hard for me to leave and return to the USA and she checked on me individually in a way that was so kind and loving. I really appreciated her act of concern.

I can highly recommend Silvia to be part of your families baby team.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Silvia, with the special twist of the father's perspective.

We were very fortunate to have Silva by our side to help us through all the small and big things around the birth of our second son, Tizian. You were exceptionally attentive and caring for all our questions, super supportive when we needed it the most, and above all giving and kind. As we had relocated temporarily to Frankfurt, we were woefully short on baby infrastructure. The mountain of blankets, toys, and baby and kid's clothes that you let us were exactly what we needed to take the edge off living out of suitcases.

As a father, I would recommend to any expecting parent to go through the birthing experience with a doula. Your support turned what could have been a potentially stressful, unpredictable and tense experience into a very pleasant memory to be cherished for a lifetime.

wir wollten uns noch einmal gaaanz herzlich für die unglaublich liebevolle und herzliche Betreuung am Tage der Geburt unserer Tochter Julie bedanken. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut augehoben gefühlt und hatten immer das Gefühl uns bei dir fallen lassen zu können. Du hast uns mit so viel Hilfestellung und liebevollen Worten unterstützt, so dass die Geburt zu einem wundervollen und einmaligen Erlebnis geworden ist. Wir sind überglücklich dass du für uns da warst.

Dear Silvia,

Thank you so very much for your amazing and steady support of both Amanda and I through the birth process for our little Enzo. Quite simply, you have become part of our extended family through the journey and we cannot imagine how we would have done it without you. The dedicated support that you gave us, and the long days you spent with us, during the many false alarms during the preceding month helped to calm us and focus ourselves on preparing for the birth. In the hospital, when Enzo finally came, your unwavering support at our sides, along with quick translations to ensure that we understood everything, was crucial to us making the right decisions for Amanda’s care.

To add to all of this, your help as a car accident investigator on the morning of Amanda’s induction when we discovered our parked car was damaged in a hit and run, also helped to keep us calm and cement an overall incredible birth story for Enzo. Finally, the photos! Thank you so much for documenting our journey in pictures. We are so grateful to have these precious moments captured so that we can share them later with Enzo and our family in the states.

Liebe Silvia

Wir wurden durch Dich sehr gut sowohl vor, während als auch nach der Geburt unserer Tochter betreut und sind für diese Begleitung sehr dankbar. Nach Einsetzen der Wehen und auch bei der Geburt im Krankenhaus standest Du uns immer zur Seite. Dabei hast Du für uns das genau richtige Maß gefunden zwischen aktiver Unterstützung (z.B. durch Massieren während der Wehen) sowie passiver Unterstützung (z.B. Beruhigung oder Anleiten des Vaters). Bei den Besuchen vor und nach der Geburt bist Du sehr einfühlsam auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche und Bedenken eingegangen und hast uns mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Auch wissen wir es sehr zu schätzen und sind dankbar dafür, dass Du quasi zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit für uns erreichbar warst.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir freuen uns Dich kennengelernt zu haben und bleiben gerne in weiteren Kontakt mit Dir.
